What I Use On My Skin

To start off, I am no skin expert, my skin is far from perfect, BUT I have found affordable skin care products that work for me. While I would love to have an endless budget to use for different beauty products, that just isn't the case, and I realize this isn't the case for most of you as well. That being said, I totally believe you can have great skin without spending a fortune. In these pictures I don't have any foundation or anything on, so you can get an idea of what my skin truly looks like. Here's what I currently use!

Equate Beauty Acne Treatment System
I have struggled off and on with acne for years, with it being the worst when I was in junior high and high school. I've tried everything from ProActiv to Clinique, to natural face masks, and the list goes on. My skin was super bad when I was in the first trimester with my last pregnancy, so I decided to try an Equate version of an acne treatment system. Guys, it worked so well for me! It is like 12 bucks for the entire 3 step system and it actually works better than anything else I have used!

Boscia Luminizing Black Charcoal Mask
I love using a mask on my skin every now and then and this is one of my favorites! It is a traditional charcoal mask and does a great job of removing dead skin that clogs my pores. The smell is minty, which I love, and pulling it off honestly isn't nearly as painful as people make it seem ha.

Neutrogena Naturals Fresh Cleansing and Makeup Remover
This is my "back-up" face wash when I don't want to use my 3 step system, or don't have the time. I wash my face twice a day most of the time, but only use my 3 step system once per day. I love that this is made from natural ingredients because it isn't super harsh on my skin and it seriously lasts forever.

Baby Magic Hair and Body Wash
When it comes to removing the makeup from my eyes, I love using baby shampoos and body washes. They are so mild to use on my eyes and they don't burn or irritate them. I use Baby Magic on Clint right now, so that is what I use in the shower when I am removing my eye and face make-up.

I will do another post sometime talking about some of the face brushers, hair trimmers, etc., that I use on my face because I love and swear by them as well! I hope you guys found this post helpful! :) I would love to hear what you use!

xoxo
