3 Things That Keep Me Motivated To Exercise




From the time I can remember, I have loved to workout. That doesn't mean that every workout is great, or I don't have days where I am super tired and don't think I can do it, BUT I do love how I feel when I am done and I never regret working out. For me, there are some huge motivators that always keep me going and keep me excited to workout. It may sound cheesy, but for me it's true!

1. Endorphins
I am all about endorphins and exercising gives me some amazing ones! I love how good I feel both mentally and physically after a good workout! It really is so true that exercise has just as many mental benefits, if not more, than physical ones. I definitely notice a difference in my day when I workout vs. when I don't, and I find that I am more positive and more productive on the days that I exercise and get those endorphins. 

2. Results
Like probably everyone else reading this, I am motivated by results. When I see that I am getting stronger, looking more cut, gaining more endurance, etc., I feel good and I get excited! These results make me want to keep going and work harder to meet my goals. Like I said, it may sound cheesy, but it's a fact!

3. My Kids 
I want to be able to do things with my kids for years and years to come. I also want to set a good example for them. Because of both of these things, I am super motivated to exercise. It is fun for them to join me for bits and pieces of my at-home workouts. One of their favorite things to do is stretch with me or do short portions of HIIT workouts and I love it! Rosalie even has her own little weights and she is so cute with them. :)
