Why I Love Eyelash Extensions

I know a lot of people who are on the fence about whether or not they should get eyelash extensions, and if you ask me the answer is YES! I have had them off and on for the past 4 years and they are seriously the best things ever. Because I think they are so amazing, I am dedicating a post to tell you guys exactly why I love them so much. :)

They shorten my makeup routine
I feel like there is never enough time in the day, so anything that I can do to shorten my makeup routine is a win in my book. Eyelash extensions shorten my makeup routine a ton because I don't have to do anything with my upper eyelashes except for take two seconds to comb them with my eyelash brush.

I feel like I can go out without makeup and still look good
As a mom of two kids (wow that is still weird to say!), I definitely end up going some places without any makeup on. But I usually feel pretty "frumpy" when I do, expect for when I have eyelash extensions. They are just enough to give me a fresh face that looks like I but on a little bit of eye makeup. They are also perfect for the gym because I am not someone who will do a full face of makeup before I go for obvious reasons.

They don't make my lashes fall out
I have had a lot of people ask me if I have had a problem with my lashes following out from having eyelash extensions. The answer is no. The only time that my eyelashes suffered was when I was getting rid of my eyelash extensions after my wedding and I was in a hurry to get them off, so I pulled a lot of them out along with my real lashes. If I had just let them come out naturally this wouldn't have been a problem. My tip is to just leave them alone. Brush them to get them straight, but then leave them be. Sometimes the very tips of my lashes are a little bit thinner than normal when I get my extensions off, but they are back to normal in a couple of weeks, so to me it's nothing. :)

They are easy to take care of
I have kind of already made this point, but they really are SO easy to care for. All you have to do is 1. brush them a couple of times a day,  2. get them filled every 3-4 weeks and 4. leave them alone. It really couldn't be more simple. I love that I don't have to ever worry about removing mascara from my upper eyelashes or worry about having my mascara smear.

So like I said, if you are considering getting them, do it! You won't regret it. I have two amazing girls that do my lashes in both Vernal and Provo. If you would like their info just let me know. :)
