I am totally feeling the Christmas Spirit, even if the weather disagrees....

This last week was super busy for me, so I didn't really have time to do much blogging. I love to blog, but it definitely gets put on the back burner whenever I happen to get busy. It has been a good week though, and most of it has been filled with getting ready for Christmas. This is by far my most favorite time of the year, and I love the spirit that I feel where ever I go. This year Christmas is even more exciting for me because of Rosalie, and I can't wait for her to experience her very first Christmas. She is such a character, and I LOVE her little personality. She is seriously my whole world and I could go on and on about her.
Rosalie has her bed right next to ours, but sometimes she gets kind of fussy in the mornings, so I pull her into bed with us and she loves it!
Rosebud is getting better and better at feeding herself, but is still figuring out how to get small pieces of food from between her fingers and into her mouth. She'll get there though :)
Rosalie loves shopping with me :)
This picture is super blurry, but I took it the other day while I was running to kind of show my set up. Each morning I set Rosalie in her crib next to my treadmill, and I set up my iPad with Once Upon a Time on it. I love this show so much, and watching it while I run makes my workout super enjoyable! I go off and on with liking treadmills, but right now I am LOVING mine! :)
Don't mind my incredibly sweaty hair ha! We were taking Chanse to school right after I finished working out, and I wanted to get a picture of Rosalie in her cute sweatsuit. She is such a happy girl in the mornings, and I love it! And on a side note, I love how great I feel when I get my run in! I have been doing somewhere between 3-5 miles at least 4 mornings per week, and it helps me to feel so much better physically and emotionally! I love the endorphins!!

I had Chanse take a picture of cute little Rosalie before her bath the other night. I cannot get over how adorable all of her little fat rolls are :)
We went to visit Courtney and Brady the other day, and Rosalie was pretty excited to see her Auntie.
Rosalie absolutely loves to eat cheese! If you can't tell, her "fangs" in the above picture are two pieces of cheese sticking out of her mouth! She has been exploring some new foods lately (in very small pieces because she still has no teeth!), and she has been doing great! :) I love that she can now eat more foods, and I am learning how to get creative with feeding them to her.
Like I said earlier, we are getting ready for Christmas around here. Our decorations have been up for a couple of weeks now, but we are just now starting to get some wrapping done. I personally always feel so excited to give gifts to others because it always makes them so happy, which makes me so happy :)
My sweet sister watched Rosalie the other night while Chanse and I went out on a date! This doesn't happen often because Rosalie will only stay with a select few people without getting super upset. We went to Comedy Sportz with some friends and had so much fun! I can't wait to go back!!!
I try to remember to get a picture of Rosalie each Sunday because she just looks so cute in her little dresses. This dress on her is actually one that I found at a yard sale over the summer, and it was made in the 80s. I absolutely love the style, and several people told her she looked like a princess today. I felt like one proud mama :) P.S. Don't mind the fact that my eyes are closed
Rosalie did so good playing on the floor with her toys on Sunday. She doesn't do this very often, so it was super nice for me to be able to do a few things (including writing this blog post), while she was playing.

It may not feel like winter here in Provo, but I am definitely feeling the Christmas spirit! I am so grateful for my loving Savior who died so that we all might live. The Atonement blesses me each and every day of my life, and I am so grateful that if I live righteously in this life, that I can return to live with my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ again. I belong to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and every year The First Presidency of our church has a Christmas Devotional. It took place yesterday, but you can still watch it here

I hope you all have an amazing week and can get into the Christmas spirit. Oh and good luck with all of you out there who are working on your finals!

xoxo
