Maskcara IIID Foundation Review

I love reading the blog Maskcara, so if you haven't read it you totally should. Cara (the blog author) is a makeup artist, and she has her own brand of foundation. It is called IIID foundation and you can find out more about it here. It allows you to highlight and contour using the same foundation, so you don't need a bronzer. I have been eyeballing this foundation forever, so when it recently went on sale, I knew I just had to get some! I tried it for the first time on Sunday, and I loved it! I am still figuring out exactly how to use it, but I am learning.
The dark is obviously used to contour your face, while the lighter color is used for highlighting.
I created this graphic to kind of give you an idea where I highlighted and where I contoured. Like I said, I am no professional, but I am learning, and I was really happy with the results.
Here is the final product! I did add some blush to my face, to give me a bit more color on the apples of my cheeks. You can get a blush on sale at the Maskcara store as well, but I have not ordered it yet.
I know the lighting is different in these pictures, but I forgot to do a before picture, so this one was the best I could find. It gets the point across though, and you can definitely see the difference!

This post isn't sponsored or anything, I just honestly love this product. Right now it is on sale for 40% off because Cara is getting a new shipment in soon! Check it out here
