Rose had a blow out...

So if you haven't noticed I gave the blog a bit of a makeover... I really like it! I have my own domain now, and new name. I thought that Blonde with a Chanse suited me perfectly, and was a fun play on words. I of course have a Chanse (my hubby), and I have a chance to blog and share with all of you! I love blogging, and I hope you will follow me if you like my blog :) You can follow me on Bloglovin HERE!

On Monday I went to work with my mom for a few hours, and I left Rosalie with Chanse. I had been working for about 30 minutes when Chanse sent me this picture....

Caution: The below image is pretty graphic ;) You might want to scroll...

She has blow outs, but WOW was this a blow out ha. I was just grateful that she saved such a mess for daddy to clean up ;) Mommyhood is the best thing ever, but I don't mind letting Dad take over when it comes to messes like that haha. I think that it is so funny the things that no longer phase you when you become a mom. Poop all over, no make up for days, sweat pants, no sleep... All of these things just come along with the job.

He sent me a picture later of Rosalie sleeping, and it melted my heart. We are so blessed to have this sweet baby girl in our lives, and I love watching her grow. She is going to be 4 months old in just a few days, and I can't believe it. I want the time to keep passing because she gets more and more fun each day, but at the same time I want it to stop because I want to soak in every single moment with her. I know I say this a lot, but I'm sure all of you other moms out there know exactly what I am talking about. I will do a post about her 4 month stats when we go in for her appointment soon :) She is getting chunky!

So I have learned that when you are a mom, you do the best that you can to get any sort of workout in. I am the type of person who has a whole lot more motivation in the mornings than I do in the evenings, so I try to do something in the mornings. Right now I am not training for anything because my half marathon isn't until the end of September. I have an awesome 10 week training plan that I like to follow, but I will talk more about that later. So since I am not training for anything, I just decided to run for a little over two miles today, and it felt good. Sometimes I just need to get out and clear my head.

I used my Nike + Running App to track my run, and I loved it. It is so nice to be able to see how far I have gone, and to check my pace when I am running outside. I have a tendency to go pretty slow when I am not paying close attention, which is totally fine sometimes, but other times I like to speed up a bit and challenge myself.

And because I think my hubby is a pretty good looking guy..... You're welcome!

What was your workout today?

What do you use to track your running?
