I Love Chick-fil-A and General Conference

I hope you all had a great weekend! I had a great one, and I wish it wasn't over. However, being a stay-at-home mom makes every single day like the weekend ha! If only my hubby could be home with me during the week too :) I have a few pics from the weekend that are kind of random, but I thought it would be fun to share them :)

Rosalie and I picked up Chanse from school on Friday, and we took him to Chick-fil-A for lunch. This was our first time going out to eat as a little family, and it was super fun. Chanse seemed to be super proud of his little girl as he carried her inside the restaurant, and it made my heart happy :). He was excited that we came to see him in the middle of the day, and it was fun to get out of the house for a bit :) Being a mom is awesome, but I really look forward to the little things now more than ever before, like going to lunch ha.
Rose was so good! She just slept the whole time :)
YUMMY! I need to work on quitting my addiction to Chick-fil-A ;). I tried their nuggets for the first time and Friday, and they were super good! I highly recommend them!
I put Rosalie in her Bumbo chair for the first time, and she liked it for about 30 seconds. I think it is still a bit too much strain on her neck though, so I will give her a bit more time before I put her in it again.
These are the BEST moments ever!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE being a mom to this precious little angel!
Daddy was holding Rose, so I snapped about a billion pictures ha! I love the two of them together :)

Rosalie is getting more and more alert each day, and it makes things so fun. She smiles more and reacts to me more, which I love. It is so rewarding when she recognizes me! She still has her baby acne, which makes me sad :( Poor baby girl!
We watched General Conference on Saturday and Sunday, and it was just what I needed. This was our first conference with Rosalie, and I took different things out of the talks than have in the past because I'm a mom now. I held Rosalie for most of the conference, and she would occasionally watch it during the hymns. It was super cute!
I wrote down a few of the quotes from conference that I really liked, and thought that I would share them with you :)

I made roast for dinner, and we had rice and corn as our sides. Chanse loved it, and I thought it was pretty good too! My mom made this every Sunday growing up, and while I got super sick of having it every Sunday, I now love making it for my hubby. I guess my mom was right when she said I would change my mind about having roast on Sundays hehe. It may not look the best in the picture, but it tasted great!

How was your weekend?
What did you do?
What quotes inspire you?
