When I first sat down to write my
goals for 2014, I felt kind of overwhelmed. I realized that I had so many
things that I wanted to achieve this year and so many things that I
needed/wanted to work on. But once I actually thought about it, I realized that
I can just work on them one at a time and do the best that I can J I do
know that I want to be the best person I can be this year, and to do this I
need to improve in a lot of different aspects of my life. This is going to be a
big year for me!
So here are my goals in no
particular order J
Goals:
¨ Be the best wife that I can be
¨ Devote more time to serving others and looking for service
opportunities
¨ Think before I speak
¨ Work hard to be a good mom to my baby girl
¨ Have more patience
¨ Keep my house cleaner
¨ Get to the gym often!
¨ Eat better!
¨ ^(I know we all have these two goals, but they are so
important!)^
¨ Run another half marathon
¨ Work harder to understand others and see their perspectives.
¨ Control my temper better (this kind of goes along with think
before I speak ha)
¨ Read more books
¨ Be a better example
I am sure there are more goals that
I haven’t thought of yet, but I feel like this is a good start for me. I know
that I can achieve all (or at least some ;)) of these things, just as long as I
am willing to work hard and read them often.
I have a bunch of quotes that I got from my Pinterest, and I love all of them :) They motivate me and help to give me perspective. Hopefully they can help you as well :)
