My Health And Fitness Journey

Most people who know me know that I absolutely love things regarding fitness and nutrition. I find the human body fascinating and I think it is absolutely amazing what changes can be made through different kinds of exercise and changes in our nutrition. These last couple of years I have had the desire to but on some more muscle, so I added in a lot more strength training and made some changes to my diet as well. I became a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and also received my Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification. I feel like I have learned so much, not only to help myself, but to also help others. Right now I am teaching a couple of Group Fitness Class at the YMCA and love it! I would love to do more though and plan to in the near future. I posted these progress pictures on my IG a couple of weeks ago, but wanted to post them here as well. I still have a ways to go to reach my goals, but I am proud of my progress! I know I have always posted fitness related content on my blog, but I will be incorporating more in the near future so stay tuned! :)
